T hank you for choosing to register online for the 2012 Gathering of Pilgrims at the beautiful and tranquil San Pedro Center in Winter Park, Florida! You will be stepped through a series of pages on which you will provide specific information and choices for the various events. If you need to see a complete overview of the Gathering first, please click here.

At the end of the registration process you will have the choice of paying online by credit card or by using your PayPal account or by mailing us a check.

Members of American Pilgrims enjoy a $25 discount in registration and lodging fees for the Gathering and only members are eligible for hospitalero training which will be conducted at the San Pedro Center immediately before the Gathering itself! You can register for the Gathering as a non-member but we will need to have a non-member's profile for you in our database. There is no cost for doing this but you will not be afforded a regular member's discount for Gathering events. To begin that process you should click on the "REGISTER" button below.

Regular members and others who have a profile in our database should login here to register for the 2012 Gathering. This would include current members of all types (regular members, subsidiary household members and student members), expired members, provisional members and registered non-members. Not sure? Simply click on the "Forgot Password" button and provide your e-mail address. If you already have a profile, your username and password will be e-mailed to you.

After logging in, look for the "2012 Gathering of Pilgrims" link in the menu bar or in the text.

Both fields are case sensitive.

Register as a non-member here:

To start the process of creating a non-member profile for the 2012 Gathering of Pilgrims simply click on the link below and then enter your e-mail address on the page that appears. It is necessary to create a non-member's profile for our database to register for the Gathering as a non-member. No other visitor to the site will be able to see your profile and none of a regular member's online benefits will be available.

When you enter your e-mail address it is possible that you will receive a message "We've noticed that an account already exists for the e-mail address you entered...". You may be a former member or you may have registered for a past Gathering and, although you aren't a regular current member, you do have a profile in our database. That is actually good news because you will not have to complete a membership form. Just click on the link to have your username and password e-mailed to you then return to this page and login in the member's "Members login here" area above.
