Peregrinos, in general, are a gregarious lot! As a consequence they love gathering together to enjoy old acquaintances, to meet new ones and to relive their experiences on the Camino. The 2011 Gathering was at the Old Mission Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, California.

Since 1998, American Pilgrims on the Camino or its predecessor organization has convened an annual Gathering of Pilgrims. The 2011 Gathering of Pilgrims was held at the the Old Mission Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, California mid-March. For the 2012 Gathering we will return to the San Pedro Center in Winter Park, Florida. See the National Gatherings page for information!

The 2012 Gathering will also be the next opportunity to obtain hospitalero training in the United States.
